Mr Mattress is a great, no pressure, quality mattress supplier. They spec higher quality foam than those who have the bright shiny showroom. Their showroom is from the dark ages, but it’s all about buying a mattress that fits your bill and comforts. We have one mattress over ten years old, used everyday and it’s like new. No sag or foam breakdown. Strongly recommend this company

No pressure sales environment, knowledgeable owner, good prices. I wasn't sure we'd be able to get a king mattress up the two flights of stairs in our townhouse but we had our mattress delivered and old mattress removed by their team and everything went perfectly. We've been sleeping great and are very happy with the overall experience!

Purchased a double sized mattress at Mr Mattress! The owner, Bob, is great — he simply wants you to have a great mattress at a great price, and is a very no-nonsense type of guy! I had urgently needed a mattress since I was flying in from out of the country and didn’t have one, and Bob had me come in the morning after I arrived to test out the mattresses and had it delivered immediately to me within the hour. He doesn’t want his customers to be unsatisfied with their purchase and wants you to be sure about what type of mattress will give you the best sleep. He had even offered me a ride back, which was incredibly kind of him. His prices are great, his mattresses are high quality and I highly recommend anyone looking to buy a mattress to come and take a look over at Mr Mattress! Thank you again to the team at Mr Mattress!

I was in the showroom probably a month ago. At the end, I didn't buy a mattress from them. But that's OK. Maybe my next one in 5-10 years. :D :D :D If you want to save yourself the time, trust ALL the other 4-5* reviews here; because I'd be repeating the same thing: top-tier customer service and friendliness, and no pressure sales (If you're one of those people who are being BURNED by "super big corporate brand name" mattress stores, with ratings of 3.3 to 3.8 stars out of 5; I know you're out there and maybe reading this. This is the right business to be supporting) The only mattress store I've seen in Vancouver; with a combination of great people; and the only place where all their mattresses are flippable (flippable mattresses were once common, now it feels like a niche, since I personally can't find them easily elsewhere!) OH let's not forget, they got a selection Continuous Coil options also!! If you really miss the "old school" springy/bouncy feel!! But before you do buy their products, they are OUTRIGHT honest and straightforward about their refund policy. There are no refunds/exchanges allowed! And that's totally understandable But there should be a warranty policy, to exchange with manufacturer. This stuff's too complicated for me, so ask a sales rep from in the store instead Basically, before you commit, as usual: be VERY sure you're happy with the mattress you've tried out, before buying Again, I know I didn't buy a mattress from Mr. Mattress, but I know they're an ethical company with good business practices as far as my eyes can see :D :D :D If I didn't support Mr. Mattress with my cash at this time, then let this 5* Google Review SUPPORT YE!!!
